Join chef Alaine Chanter as she prepares a delicious three course truffle lunch on Sunday 18 August and enjoy the art of Roy Churcher and the wines of Churcher Vineyard.


Entrée:

Cream of Celeriac and Truffle soup with Truffle Toasts


Main:

Chicken Supreme stuffed with Truffle Mousse and served with gratin dauphinoise, winter greens and truffled beurre blanc


Dessert:

Brandy Basket with Truffled Ice-cream

The Canberra Fireside Festival is back this year and Biggie's @ Norton Road Wines will be hosting Sunday Lunch of seafood Paella with a tasting of three local Temperanillos to complement the Paella.


The wines will be available to purchase by the glass throughout the afternoon.

Bring dad out for a lunch of slow cooked bbq at Biggie's.  Enjoy a buffet of Brisket, Pork Ribs, Pulled Pork, Turkey Breast, Smoked Salmon, Biggie's Sliders and a range of sides including sweet potato mash, mac n cheese, corn bread, tangy slaw, rocket & pear salad, cowboy beans.

 

Followed by a delicious buffet of desserts including our house made pavlovas with curd and berries, strawberry cheesecake, or chocolate brownies with hot fudge sauce.
